A familiar British expat cliché? Brits abroad often struggle to integrate. But one Englishman who’s fully embraced — and has even created an entire Spanish-speaking page — has had enough of his fellow countrymen trying to export “Little Britain” wherever they go.
Benjamin George, who is followed by nearly 56,000 people on , slammed expats, claiming they refuse to fully integrate into their new adoptive home — in this case, Spain.
In a video, which has amassed almost 285,000 views on , the Londoner who lives in Spain aired his grievances: “A lot of English people think they are better than everyone else, but that’s not how it works.”
According to Benjamin, other Brits are hesitant to embrace Spanish , with some even resisting the effort to learn something as fundamental as the language. “The first step is to speak the language of the country you live in,” he exclaimed.

The content creator revealed that he knows of other who have been living in the country for more than 30 years, yet their Spanish skills are limited to ordering a beer.
Blaming the Brits’ arrogance, he snarled: “Do you know why they don’t want to learn? Because they believe they are better than everyone else. But you are wrong, you clown! You come from an island that has nothing to offer because you want to improve your life. You have no idea how much this annoys me.”
Benjamin continued to argue against fellow Englishmen who refuse to adapt in Spain, suggesting that with , a B2 Spanish level should be required for any paperwork – especially for the English.
“And if you don’t like it, fly away. Easy!” he lashed out, fed up by a population that has now surpassed 284,000, according to the latest data on the number of Brits living in Spain.
The TikToker emphasised the need to follow the rules of the host country, reminding foreigners they must respect everything from paying to registering their vehicles properly.

Benjamin claimed: “They have left their country of birth to come here to have a better life, but they must remember that this is not Little Britain. This is Spain, and we have to maintain its beauty.”
A slew of viewers voiced their agreement with his criticism of the foreign community, as a user commented: “The same for the Spaniards in Portugal.”
