This wild beach is gorgeous, located below the Uribe Kosta cliffs.
It’s very easy to reach by car and has showers, toilets and picnic areas perfect for relaxing after a swim in its crystal clear waters. You can access this beach by driving along the BI-634 road or via metro line 1 to Larrabasterra.
If you’d rather not drive, then you’re in luck. In 2024, Bilbao was named one of Europe’s most walkable cities in the 2024 World’s Best Cities report by Resonance Consultancy – tied with Valencia.

Bilbao also has no shortage of delicious food with all kinds of local delicacies to sample. You could try txuletas (special sirloin steak) and kokotxas (a delicious fish stew) as part of a mouthwatering menu.
