Those wanting to without forgoing taste can enjoy Ella’s homemade rocky road, which cleverly incorporates high protein chocolate puddings instead of traditional melting chocolate, reports

Protein Rocky Road
Ingredients
- 2 protein chocolate puddings
- 60g mini marshmallows
- 4 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
- 1 dark chocolate square, chopped
Method
Add all of the puddings, 40 grams of marshmallows and two of the crushed biscuits to a bowl and combine with a fork. Make sure to mix it well.
Transfer the mixture to a lined casserole dish. Use a spatula to smooth the mixture out to make sure it’s even.
Top the mixture with 20 grams of mini marshmallows. Follow with two more crushed Biscoff biscuits and the chopped dark chocolate.
Place in the freezer for between three to four hours. Once frozen, slice into eight pieces.
