Royal fans urge Prince Harry to ‘stay away’ from the UK

has faced another damming blow as Brits urge him to “stay away” from the UK.

In an , which was conducted between 11.30am on January 28 and 1pm on January 29, royal fans were asked whether they think Harry should spend more time in the UK.

The result of the poll, which saw 3,868 readers vote, showed that 92 percent [3,569] said that Harry should not travel to the UK more.

In comparison, just 7 percent [264] shared that Harry should make more of an effort to travel to his home country.

Unsure of what they think Harry should do, just 1 percent [35] voted ‘don’t know’ in our poll.

One fan commented: “Easy question. He’s not wanted or needed. Stay where you are Harry.”

Another wrote: “No he said he hated the UK. He should stay away. He’s not needed.”

A third simply commented: “One word. NO.”

The royal, who has resided in the US with his wife and their two children since 2020, typically only spends a few days in the UK. During his solo appearance at King Charles’s Coronation in 2023, Harry flew home to the US after just 25 hours in the UK.

After King Charles publicly revealed his cancer diagnosis last year, Harry – who is said to have been “panic-stricken” after hearing the news – travelled to the UK to spend time with his father. Their meeting is said to have lasted less than one hour before Harry travelled to the airport to begin his journey back to his young family in America.

was set to travel to the UK next month, with those plans now cancelled for a major reason. Having been travelling to continue his ongoing court case, it has been revealed that and News Group Newspapers had settled out of court.

Speaking of the decision, Harry’s lawyer David Sherborne confirming that “the parties have reached an agreement”.

Although Harry has made visits to the UK since stepping down as a senior working royal, Meghan and their children – Archie, five, and Lilibet, three – have not visited his home country since 2022.
