In a heartfelt statement, Coleen, who cherishes a tight-knit relationship with Ruth both on and off the set of , conveyed her unwavering support during this tough period.

She acknowledged: “Ruth is one of my best friends. Me and Ruth are always texting and phoning, and if the show ended tomorrow, I know we’d still be friends.”

When talking about how Ruth is handling the divorce, Coleen noted: “She’s been amazing. I’m not one to give advice, but I’ve just been there when she’s wanted to vent or wanted to just talk about it. I really admire her, she’s been so classy through the whole thing and just got on with it.”

Highlighting Ruth’s transformative journey, Coleen added: “She’s also had such a glow-up. She looks better than I think I’ve seen her in years, she looks like she’s lost 10 years. Not that she didn’t look great before, but now she looks fabulous and she’s working really hard and she’s just getting on with it.”, reports .

Lindas life celebrated until age 65, concluded after a battle with secondary breast cancer, with her family by her side, according to Lancs Live.

Coleen Nolan opened her heart to the Mirror recounting the deeply emotional loss of her sister, Linda. She divulged that she, along with sisters Anne, 74, Denise, 72, and Maureen, 69, were at her bedside in her last moments.

Coleen recounted: “My daughter Ciara and I sat with her and we said everything we needed to say to each other. She told us how much she loved us and we told her we loved her. I think she knew it would be the last time she’d see us, but there were no tears.”

Linda faced double pneumonia and was on oxygen, yet her wit shone through as she bantered and indulged in chocolates gifted by well-wishers. Coleen also shared how Linda delighted in hearing about her latest grandson, attentively examining a multitude of photos.

The television star spoke of Linda’s touching final goodbye to her when leaving the room for the last time. “When I left that evening, I told her I’d come and visit the next day and she said, “Oh, you don’t have to” and I said, “I know, but I will” and then she said, ‘Col, I really love you’,” Coleen fondly remembered.
