has reportedly had to shake up his inner circle following claims that his father, , will no longer play a significant role in his career.

Tommy’s fiancee, , has laid down certain conditions for their relationship, including a ban on parties and a greater focus on family life over boxing. The report also indicates that John will step back from his son’s business affairs.

Fury Sr had been serving as a director alongside Tommy at Fury TNT since 2019, but his tenure was abruptly ended last week. The company, which reported assets of £361,767 in its last published accounts in January 2023, is involved in ‘sports activities’, with its name derived from Tommy’s boxing moniker.

Fury Sr, 59, has faced mounting criticism over the past year, with many seeing him as a hindrance to his sons’ careers. The former boxer was notably absent from son Tyson’s corner during his high-profile rematch with Oleksandr Usyk last month, following heavy criticism for his involvement in the Fury camp ahead of the initial bout with the Ukrainian.

Fury made quite the splash during his son’s press conference with Darren Till back in November, when security had to step in as he started squirting water at Till, leading to a brief commotion between the fighters. Thankfully, the situation was diffused without further incident.

Tommy, who hasn’t stepped into the ring since his victory over KSI in 2023, was set to fight Till earlier this month but withdrew after Till’s threat of a head-kick if he found himself behind. Till didn’t mince words about Fury’s withdrawal, suggesting it was due to more than just the threat and hinting at negative sparring reports.

In an exclusive with Mirror Fighting, Till dismissed the idea that he needed to resort to such tactics against ‘TNT’ Fury. “I don’t need to kick Tommy Fury in the head to win,” he declared. “I know for a fact I was going to beat Tommy Fury. There’s a reason why Tommy pulled out and it wasn’t because of the head-kick. People like to talk in boxing, the community is small and rumours get flown about… he was never going to get kicked in the head.”

When probed about the crux of Fury’s withdrawal from the match, Darren Till offered his stark take: “I think he heard about how I was getting on in the gym. I think he took the fight thinking that I was out of the gym and out of camp and out of shape. I think he heard about sparring rumours in the gym with certain pros and stuff life that. I thought it just got back to him and he didn’t want any of it. That’s what I think.”
