On Monday (January 27), the 42-year-old dancer revealed he and his fiancée Chyna Mills have moved out of their family home with their daughter Havana.
The ballroom expert revealed that they have swapped out their luxury lodgings for a canal boat after initially struggling to find their forever home.
Taking to , the TV star revealed that the pair “sold everything” to invest in a personalised longboat. He told viewers: “Would you sell everything and ask your pregnant fiancée to onto a canal boat? That’s what I did.
“I’ve done most of the work myself but I also had a great team that started helping me towards the end. We are now living on this canal boat, my fiancée and my little daughter who’s now 15 months old.

“I’m not gonna lie, we are absolutely loving it, but it’s not as easy as everyone thinks and I want to let you know how we did it, how much it cost, the pros, the cons, the ups and the downs about living on the canal.”
Neil went on to reveal that he had designed the lavish boat himself and had even installed a lot of the main features within the boat as he teased his upcoming project online.
It comes after the Love Island star previously revealed that they had moved into the boat after struggling to find a permanent home they both loved.
It is understood Chyna and Neil sold their homes with plans to move into a new property together, but have been left “in limbo” while they find their next home.

During a Q&A on , she described the house-hunting process as “hell”, explaining they were avoiding complications from property chains.
She wrote: “I sold my house so me and Neil could buy something together. Neil bought his boat before we got together and now its conveniently there for us to stay on while in limbo.
“(Annoyingly) we just haven’t found a house we like yet and I also didn’t like to be in a chain because the process of buying a house is hell so hopefully we find something soon.”
She confirmed that the boat had initially been intended as a holiday retreat or Airbnb rental, but ultimately ended up becoming their temporary home.
The doting mum continued: “The plan was never to live on the boat. It was just supposed to be a holiday home and Airbnb for when we aren’t using it.”
However, the pair have thoroughly settled in to their new lodgings and even celebrated Christmas on the long boat. Speaking about their festive celebration, Chyna told her followers: “We had a relaxing time. We did Christmas morning here. I made dinner.
“[Neil] was supposed to make pancakes, he was meant to wake up earlier than me to make him but he made bacon sandwiches and then we went to my family’s house.”
Neil added: “In the evening we played games, me and Havana had a nice swim. It was a really nice, wholesome, relaxing Christmas.”
