Leroy Sane has provided an update on his future.
Leroy Sane has spoken publicly about his contract situation and approaches from elsewhere, with his current deal at set to expire at the end of the season.

Having travelled to the Netherlands with Bayern taking on Feyenoord in the on Wednesday, Sane made it clear that teams were taking an interest in his contract situation but no decision is imminent.
“Of course, clubs have already asked about my situation,” he told . “But at the moment, everyone knows my attitude to the issue: I will not concern myself with it at the moment, but will concentrate on FC Bayern and try to be as successful as possible with the team.
“I have rarely experienced a spirit like the one we have in our team at the moment in my career.”
The 29-year-old’s preference is thought to be staying with Bayern, but his recent statement and lack of certainty regarding future plans very much opens the door to teams such as who could reach out to Sane.
As the German international is into the final six months of his contract, he is currently free to discuss the prospect of a pre-contractual agreement with foreign clubs.

Sane’s new deal is not thought to be a priority for Bayern due to his inconsistent performances, with the contract sagas of Jamal Musiala, Alphonso Davies and Joshua Kimmich are considered more pressing matters.
The report claims that in order to extend his stay with Bayern, Sane would have to accept both a reduction in wages and compromise on the length of any new deal.
He has been one of the club’s biggest earners since 2020, but that is not reflected in his importance to side, despite an upturn in form in recent weeks.
Sane may have to settle for a two-year extension with significant performance-related incentives, as opposed to clarity over his long-term future, if he is to remain at the Bundesliga leaders.
Such terms may be of interest to and suitors, who could try and tempt Sane back to England with a larger contract offer that gives him more security going forward.
However, in November he quashed the idea of leaving Bayern.
“I feel at home in the club and in the dressing room,” he said. “What matters to me is that I am an important part of FC Bayern’s plans and I want to confirm this role.”
