Odds suggest Meghan’s latest Netflix show could be axed after just one series
A betting company has suggested new project With Love, Meghan could be cancelled after just one series.
Meghan’s new project, with the release postponed due to the LA wildfires, is to have its first public airing later this year after months of delay and speculation.
Ahead of its release, BetIdeas released it’s figures on whether the cooking show could be renewed for a second series. The results were damning with odds suggesting it had a high chance of being cancelled.
The latest odds come as former working Meghan, 43, and , 40, recoil from allegations made about the pair in an edition of Vanity Fair that criticised the duo for how they run their respective businesses.

Commenting on the odds of Meghan losing her show, spokesperson for BetIdeas Lee Astley warned: “ appears to be in hot water again following fresh allegations about her treatment of her staff, placing the future of her new series in doubt. We make it a high chance at 1/2 that With Love, Meghan is axed by , while the series is 6/4 to be awarded another season.”
With Love, Meghan is now due to air on March 4. The prediction by BetIdeas continues a difficult week for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex who are facing questions of how they conduct themselves in their business lives and how they treat their staff.
Among the allegations mentioned in the Vanity Fair article were that staff needed “long term therapy” after working with Meghan, that Harry wasn’t that interested in Spotify, and didn’t fully understand the impact his controversial memoir Spare had.
Others highlighted how they believed Harry didn’t want to be famous whilst another alleged they had become “local villains” in their Montecito community.

In response to the flood of allegations mentioned in the Vanity Fair piece it was reported that their spokesperson had so far declined to comment.
However, allies of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have come out in their defence, reported , with insiders dismissing their claims. One source claimed to : “Things aren’t easy for them right now. Vanity Fair have succeeded in making a bad time worse.”
Famous neighbours such as actress Sharon Stone have also defended the pair. She once revealed they had become “part of the community” and claimed “they didn’t come here to live off of our community, they came here to be a part of our community”.
