The The Princess of Wales was spotted wearing her special eternity ring last week, which was in replacement for her engagement ring from Prince William.
Wearing a chic maroon polo neck and matching skirt, on January 14.
The London-based hospital holds a special place in Kate’s heart as it is where she previously received treatment after her cancer diagnosis last year. During her visit, the mother of three took the time to speak with both patients and staff.

Prince William is known to have gifted the heartfelt piece to Kate after the birth of their eldest child, Prince George, in 2013.

After much speculation about the ring’s origin, it was confirmed that Kate’s ring is the Eclipse Eternity Ring from Annoushk in 2014.
According to Steven Stone, the ring is worth £1,500 and features 0.23ct diamonds. The pave set eternity band typically sits alongside her iconic sapphire engagement ring and Welsh gold wedding band.

Speaking of Kate’s love of jewellery, Maxwell shared that she is, however, no stranger to high street pieces.
He added: It’s not unusual for Kate to wear jewellery from high street jewellers – not only did Prince William gift her a pair of £100 Sezane earrings on Christmas day, but she also debuted a new pair of earrings at this year’s BAFTA’s that cost just £17.99 from Zara.
