The Duke of Sussex is expected to to appear before the High Court for his ongoing trial against News Group Newspapers (NGN), the publisher of the Sun newspaper, with the trial set to last seven weeks.
Harry and former Labour deputy leader Lord Tom Watson are suing NGN for alleged unlawful information-gathering and invasion of privacy. The publisher denies any wrongdoing.
While several royal watchers thought the duke’s visit back to Britain could provide a good opportunity to meet with his estranged family, one royal expert said that this will be highly unlikely.

The two brothers’ relationship is thought to be frostier than ever, with the rift being evident last summer when they reportedly exchanged no words during the funeral of their late uncle, Lord Fellows, when Harry had to travel back to Britain again.
Ms Bond told the Mirror: “I think we’ve given up expecting any meeting between Harry and his family when he visits the UK.
“I imagine that his days will be consumed by the court case, but if there is a chance of meeting his father, I suppose it is possible.”
The last time Harry met with the King was last February when the duke rushed back to Britain following his father’s shock cancer diagnosis announcement.

Meanwhile, Ms Bond stressed a meeting between Harry and William will not be happening anytime soon.
She said: “There is absolutely no sign of any reconciliation between Harry and William. So any meeting between them remains unlikely in the extreme.”
