ITV The Masked Singer UK’s Teeth identity ‘exposed’ as fans ‘crack’ duo clue
The Masked Singer UK’s enthralling sixth season continues to enamour audiences on ITV as they eagerly endeavour to decipher the concealed celebrities behind a fresh ensemble of characters.
The unmasking has already seen three notable figures revealed. The opener had viewers agape as Good Morning Britain veteran Kate Garraway and The Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith were exposed as Spag Bol and Pegasus.
They were succeeded by ’90s chart-topping sensation Macy Gray, whose ‘true’ identity as Toad in the Hole was disclosed on Saturday (January 11).
Enthusiastic fans are scrupulously examining the veiled hints to identify the remaining mystery contestants, which include Bear, Bush, Dressed Crab, Kingfisher, Pufferfish, Snail, Tattoo, Teeth and Wolf. Particularly intriguing is the character Teeth, who has set the internet ablaze with speculation, with numerous aficionados professing insight into the star – or stars – concealing behind that grin.
A sleuth on last week professed to having “cracked” the code to Teeth’s clues, surmising connections to an iconic Irish pair.

Their post dissected the clue-loaded visuals: “Rewatched the clue VT and noticed an Irish tricolor flag on the side of the toy bus, and green and orange salad on a white plate too. There’s also binoculars hanging on a map of Europe,” laying their hypothesis bare.
They further posited: “So I’ve convinced myself Teeth is Jedward and they’re either going to take turns, or next week another set of Teeth will appear.”
This sentiment is bolstered by another enthusiast who noddingly referenced several Eurovision allusions within these video packages. The duo Jedward is no stranger to the Eurovision skies, having championed Ireland’s colours in the famed competition in sequential years, 2011 and 2012.
A clue hinting at a toy coach could also be linked to the pair’s stint on Celebrity Coach Trip.
In line with the Eurovision theme, some fans speculated that Teeth could be Cheryl Baker from Bucks Fizz. Other celebrities whose names have been suggested include Alan Carr, Rob Beckett, Linda Robson and James Buckley.
Teeth made their debut on The Masked Singer stage on January 4, performing Tony Christie’s 1972 hit (Is This The Way To) Amarillo.
The judges found it challenging to agree on the character’s gender after the performance. However, they did maintain a footballer theme, with Davina McCall guessing Alex Scott, while Mo Gilligan suspected Jimmy Bullard was behind the mask.
