The latest series of returns to BBC One tonight, but a former show legend has since sparked a frenzy as she unveiled her jaw-dropping figure in a new photo.
Kim Betts, otherwise known as Lightning, shot to fame on the former ITV show over 30 years ago, but has since proved age is nothing but a number.

Kim looked incredible as she shared a side-by-side photo from 1994 to 2024.
She told her thousands of followers that achieving such a figure is “never about age” and is more about finding “balance” in life.
