Emmerdale Anthony’s final sick plan ‘sealed’ before death – and it involves daughter Steph

viewers believe they have figured out Anthony Fox’s next move after the recent shocking revelation of incestuous DNA.

The villainous character, who first appeared in the Dales last year as Ruby Fox-Miligan’s (Beth Cordingly) estranged father, has certainly stirred up trouble.

As Anthony became a fixture in the village, Ruby began to unravel, clearly concealing something about her father. This led to Ruby betraying Caleb (William Ash) by having an affair with his half-brother Cain (Jeff Hordley).

However, it was later disclosed that Anthony had sexually abused Ruby when she was just 14. Furthermore, it has been strongly suggested that Anthony is actually the biological father of Ruby’s daughter Steph (Georgia Jay).

After sharing her uncertainty about Steph’s paternity with sister-in-law Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter), Ruby ordered a DNA test kit. The results, which arrived this week, confirmed that Caleb is not Steph’s father – pointing to Anthony as the likely candidate.

Caleb eventually discovered the results, leaving him devastated. Ruby, however, did not disclose the full extent of Anthony’s abuse – and without knowing the complete story, Caleb asked her to leave, reports .

In Thursday’s episode (January 16), a terrified Ruby woke up in the village B&B to find Anthony in her room watching her. A confrontation followed, during which Anthony continued to manipulate her about her past.

Anthony was left utterly gobsmacked when Ruby dropped the bombshell truth: he had indeed fathered Steph. As if that wasnt enough, spoilers for the upcoming week suggest Anthony is in for a rough ride hes slated to meet his end at the hands of an unexpected villager.
