The Masked Singer UK has returned to ITV1 for its fifth series, with fans once again captivated by the show.
The latest series has seen the likes of Good Morning Britain’s Kate Garraway unmasked as Spag Bol, Grammy award-winning singer Macy Gray revealed as Bear, and Bake Off’s Prue Leith unveiled as Pegasus.
Fans of the ITV show are eagerly trying to guess the identities of the remaing characters – Bush, Dressed Crab, Kingfisher, Pufferfish, Snail, Tattoo, Teeth, Toad In The Hole, and Wolf.
Standing out among the crowd this season is Snail, and many think they’ve pinpointed which celebrity is beneath the costume.

Bookmaker has dished out its predictions, with Emma Bunton, famously known as Baby Spice, at the helm with odds standing at 3/1 as the celebrity behind Snail, reports .
ITV presenter Emma Willis poses as a possibility at 4/1, while national treasure is speculated at 5/1. Other guesses include Bridgerton’s Nicola Coughlon at 7/1 and West End star Amber Davies with odds of 10/1.
Providing insight, Betways spokesperson Mike Reading commented: “There’s just a day to go until either Wolf, Toad in the Hole, Bear, Bush or Pufferfish face the final curtain call and are unmasked – in an exit that’s already been teased to be one of the most shocking in the show’s history.
“Already, fans and the panel alike have guessed famous names, from actor David Tennant as Wolf (5/1) to singers Macy Gray as Toad in the Hole (5/1) and Jamie-Lynn Spears as Pufferfish (5/1), and even celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay as Bear (8/1). With the stage set, all eyes will be on which celeb will be revealed in the dramatic unmasking.”

The Masked Singer’s Pufferfish has also sparked a flurry of speculation among fans, with many convinced that Jamie-Lynn Spears is the voice behind the mask. The American actress, best known for her role in Zoey 101 and as Britney Spears’ younger sister, has also graced shows like Dancing With The Stars and I’m A Celebrity.
users have been dissecting clues linking Pufferfish to Jamie-Lynn. One fan suggested that the spider in the clue package could hint at Jamie’s stint on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! last year, while Pufferfish’s American accent might be another giveaway.
Further clues include a dice showing 11, possibly referencing Jamie’s rise to fame at age 11. The phrase ‘Runs in the family’ could allude to her superstar sibling Britney, while ‘Small but just as impressive’ might hint at Jamie being the younger and shorter sister.
