The EuroMillions jackpot has hit £64M
It’s the Europe-wide lottery that’s given out some truly mind-boggling jackpots of up to £180million, but the is even harder to win than the regular National Lottery.
The jackpot is already up to £64M this week, with millions across the UK and Europe hoping to scoop the grand prize in Friday’s draw and change their lives forever.
While a number coming up in the past doesn’t necessarily have any bearing on future draws, bookies took an interesting look at the balls which make it onto winning tickets most often.

The has 50 numbers and two lucky stars on a ticket, and is drawn twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Tickets cost £2.50, and each ticket also has an entry into the UK Millionaire Maker, which guarantees a £1m jackpot to at least one winner every draw.
Betway analysed the data from July 2024 through to the most recent draw on January 10 and can reveal the most common numbers to have appeared.
The most common numbers are 4, 8 and 12, which have all been drawn 18 times each.
The number 1 has come up 15 times, as has the number 7, while 9 and 10 have been drawn 14 times each.
On the other hand, the worst numbers to pick which come up the least number of times are: 43, which was drawn just once, 26, which came up just twice before, and the numbers 38, 31, 36, 38 and 40 which have been drawn just three times before.
The top prize is handed out to those matching five main numbers and both lucky stars, whereas those with one lucky star and five numbers scoop £130,500.
The prizes then scale down from £13,561 for five numbers without lucky stars all the way down to £2.50 for two main numbers.
