Netflix subscribers in the UK were ecstatic to discover that the hugely acclaimed historical drama Vikings has at last sailed onto their streaming shores.
Marked with the red ‘recently added’ banner, Vikings made a stealthy appearance on just a few weeks back much to the joy of its dedicated fanbase.
The epic Norse saga, crafted by Michael Hirst, spanned six seasons from 2013 to 2020.
Its maiden voyage began on the History Channel, followed by the second portion of its final season launching all at once on Amazon Prime Video.
In 2022, the legacy continued with the hit spin-off Vikings: Valhalla, which debuted on and enjoyed three seasons until its conclusion in July 2024, reports .

Fans have taken their celebrations to after secured all six seasons of the original Vikings series.
A thrilled enthusiast with the username @Brave_Score4593 enthusiastically posted with a smiling emoji: “Vikings has finally been added to UK.”
In the comment section, one fan joked: “Can’t wait to rewatch seasons 1-4 for the hundredth time.”

The acclaimed series Vikings is carved from the epic tales of Ragnar Lodbrok, charting the life of the storied Viking figure and his contemporaries.
