Next week’s Emmerdale is set to be a rollercoaster ride.
After months of wreaking havoc, the abusive Anthony Fox meets his end. The week begins with a chilling scene of a bloody human tooth on the Depot floor… Several characters are under suspicion, and the intrigue intensifies as the week progresses.
In other news, Dawn Taylor and Joe Tate succumb to their desires – but the situation takes a shocking turn when she discovers him unconscious, revealing the truth behind his enigmatic behaviour.

The week kicks off with Steph taken aback to find her mother Ruby back with Caleb, both behaving as if nothing has transpired. Meanwhile, Anthony wakes up on Laurel’s sofa nursing a hangover. Unaware of Anthony’s history, Nicola leaves him alone to tutor Angelica.

Aaron feels uneasy witnessing an unguarded moment between Anthony and Ruby outside the Church. Caleb arrives and instructs Anthony to get in his car. What does he have in store for his father-in-law?
Later on, in the cafe, Chas informs Nicola, who left Angelica alone with Anthony, that her daughter is not safe around him.
Nicola rushes home and abruptly ends the tutoring session, revealing she’s been told he’s a threat to children; Anthony’s fear quickly morphs into a burst of rage.
Nicola finds herself in a dangerous situation until Laurel steps in with a candlestick, leaving Anthony unconscious. Has the duo inadvertently killed Anthony?

Back at the pub, Cain is alarmed to see his sister Chas visibly upset; he immediately worries that his secret affair with Ruby might be exposed. He tries to coax Chas into revealing what’s bothering her and is left stunned when she discloses a terrifying truth.
Meanwhile, Steph is puzzled when her grandfather fails to show up for their planned meeting. The suspenseful plot reaches its climax when a gunshot rings out and Anthony is later discovered dead.
With Caleb, Ruby, Chas, Aaron, Cain, Laurel, and Nicola all having motives to wish Anthony harm – who is his killer?
Elsehwhere, life is hectic for Dawn and Billy, and soon Kim presents an intriguing offer – for Dawn to quit her job at the vets and work full-time for Home Farm Estates. However, when Dawn discovers Joe is her new boss, she suspects he’s manipulated the entire situation.

Joe, meanwhile, wins over Noah by gifting him a family heirloom. Dawn confronts Joe about the job, leading to a passionate kiss. After their intimate encounter in a Home Farm bedroom, Dawn and Joe compose themselves.
Later, as Joe and Kim converse in the graveyard, he notices her genuine sorrow over Graham. Her grief for Will is still fresh, but she draws strength from Joe’s support.
In a later scene, Joe is found struggling to stay conscious in his parked car on a secluded country road. Dawn stumbles upon Joe slumped over the steering wheel with a bottle of pills scattered on the floor. Back at Home Farm, Dawn musters up the courage to confess her infidelity to Billy….
