According to one of ‘s friends, the 40-year-old has still expressed fears for his family’s safety in the UK. Due to his worry, a decision has been made for Archie and Lilibet, now aged five and three, to remain in the US with next month.
Harry’s friend told !: “Safe visits would enable his children to know his home country and enable him to better support his charities.”
In the case that will begin later this month, the Duke of Sussex is due to give evidence in the High Court in his case against News Group Newspapers at the end of February.

Although Harry’s friends have said that his calls to his father regarding the security issue have gone “unanswered”, sources close to the King have said that it would be “wholly inappropriate” for him to intervene.
Harry previously shared how much he was enjoying life in California with his young family, having opened up during his appearance at the New York Times’s DealBook Summit.
The proud father of two said: “I very much enjoy living here and bringing my kids up here,” adding that he views it as “the life my mum wanted for me”.
