BBC Breakfast’s Naga Munchetty was quick to snap back at a Saturday Kitchen star after an awkward show blunder.
During Saturday’s (January 11) episode of the hit show, Naga was joined by co-star as they presented the day’s top stories.
Towards the end of the program, the duo cut to Saturday Kitchen, where Matt Tebbutt was set to give viewers a glimpse of what they can expect from the show.
However, things took an awkward turn as the camera man accidentally used the wrong camera and revealed one of today’s guests.
It didn’t go unnoticed, as Naga asked: “What you think, Helen and your guests.. Is that Amelia Fox?”
Matt fumed: “Oh don’t give it away. Do you know how this works?” Naga hit back: “I do but did your director know how it works because they cut to a three shot.”
She continued: “Your director did cut to a three shot and we did see Amelia, while they were laughing at you and not with you.” Everyone burst out laughing as Matt joked: “Well thank you. Should I even announce that guest now that it’s spoilt.”
