‘s wife Mindy reportedly ended their marriage months ago.
On Thursday (January 9), the former presenter, 55, after 23 years of marriage and 28 years together.
The pair tied the knot in 2002 and share two daughters, Isabella, 24, and 22-year-old Willow.
According to reports, Richard had been desperately fighting to save their marriage before Mindy, 59, made the decision to end their relationship for good.
Insiders have now claimed that Mindy found it harder to live with Richard in recent years because of injuries he sustained in two near-fatal car accidents.

An insider told : “Richard has been through an awful lot and the knock-on effect from the crashes has impacted his relationship.
“It’s understandable given the sheer magnitude of the accidents and the impact caused both physically and mentally, he’s done so well to recover and get back to normal life.
“But they have changed him, there’s no getting away from it, and his relationship with Mindy has been harmed during the fallout.”
Back in 2006, the host spend two weeks in a coma after crashing a jet-powered Vampire Dragster at nearly 320mph (515kmph) while filming for Top Gear.
Eleven years later, Richard crashed a Rimac Concept One at a hill-climb in Switzerland during the second series of and ended up in hospital for six days.
The Total Wipeout host rolled the car several times and was convinced he had broken his leg, but had fractured his knee instead.

Richard opened up about the impact his accidents had on him, specifically how his memory has been affected in 2022.
He said: “My left knee is bolted together with bolts and plates. I was told I can’t run on it and it will need replacing. It’s putting off that replacement because they only last so long.
“I just decided ‘bugger it’. It might last another ten years but I’ll be unhealthy and unhappy. Whereas if I run on it, it will only probably only last five years but I will be healthy and happy
The TV star continued: “It hurts when it’s cold, it’s killing me this morning. My short term memory is not what it was. It’s got worse.
“My working memory, if I’m in the studio, memorising a script it’s great – works fine. My long-term memory is good, but short to mid-term, what happened two weeks ago – I don’t have a clue.”
