Princess Kate will be returning to Windsor this week
The is set to return to Windsor this week for a key event involving her children, after enjoying a few days of festivities with her loved ones in Norfolk.
Princess Kate spent the Christmas period , where she was joined by her husband, and their three children, , and .
The Waleses undoubtedly had a fully packed festive schedule, as a family.
But they now have to return to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor as the royal children will get back to school this week.
George, Charlotte and Louis all attend Lambrook School in Berkshire, which is close to their home.

According to the school’s website, the spring term starts on Wednesday (January 8), just one day before Princess Kate’s 43rd birthday.
The royal children will undoubtedly be looking forward to seeing their school friends again, as well as celebrating their mother’s birthday after what’s been a challenging year for the future Queen, who was diagnosed with a type of cancer last March.
While no celebrations have been confirmed for Kate’s special day, it is thought the family will celebrate the occasion privately.
On Christmas Day, the Waleses joined the rest of the for the traditional walk to church for the annual festive service.
Kate looked radiant in a deep green ensemble, while William looked dapper in a navy cota and suit. Their children matched their parents’ hues.
This year will be a special one for the future Queen, who, according to royal sources, has a renewed perspective following her cancer battle.

Kate was absent through most of 2024 but made her triumphant return towards the end of the year, with insiders claiming that any time soon.
A source told the : “There is no huge reset button that’s going to be hit in January.
“What we will actually see is a slow continuation of the Princess balancing her recovery and her public-facing duties, as she outlined back in September [when she warned her recovery was still ongoing despite having completed her chemotherapy].
“Cancer impacts on your perspective, and what you have seen in the decisions they have made over the last year is that family and their children continue to be at the centre of their universe. Both Their Royal Highnesses [ and Princess Kate] have a strong commitment to duty, service and using their platform for good.
“But what they are working on is ways they can balance themselves as parents with being the Prince and Princess of Wales.”
