star sparked concern with her fans as she and a friend braved the cold to swim in freezing cold water.

Clarkson’s Farm’s official account took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share a video of Lisa taking the plunge in nothing but a swimsuit and swimming cap.

It captioned the video: “Lisa’s morning swim. How do you feel about cold water exposure?” adding some cold face emojis.

Lisa and her friend enjoyed their dip as they said on the video: “”Lisa is a dab hand at this, she can get in slowly because I’m too scared. We’re also pleased because our mascara looks good, we’ve tested it and the blood is running around our body.”

They then wrapped up in hats and scarfs as they shared a selfie together. But as they watched Lisa jump into the water, fans rushed to social media to share their fears for the star.

One social media said: “It’s a fad that long term will be harmful to your health. People do a lot of stupid things these days,” as another simply added: “Lunacy.”

A third fan warned: “Only one of them entered the water slowly which is the correct way. Cold water shock can kill instantly. Never dive in.”

A fourth agreed: “Good luck trying that today. Gonna give it a miss thanks.”

Lisa’s cold water activities comes as the UK has been given two amber warnings as the country has been hit with a brutal cold snap.

Temperatures have plummeted below 0 degrees celsius and many towns and cities have been hit by snow, causing disruption everywhere.

Football matches have been cancelled, and some airports have been closed due to the heavy snowfall, and some schools may be not be able to open for the first day back at school following the Christmas holidays.
