A plane carrying passengers has crashed in Kazakhstan as dozens of people are feared dead.
The country’s emergencies ministry said an Azerbaijan Airlines plane carrying 72 passengers crashed near Aktau airport.
The aircraft was flying from Baku in Azerbaijan to Grozny in , but was rerouted due to fog.
Twelve people are reported to have survived the crash so far, authorities said.
Emergency services are reported to be working to put out a fire at the crash site.
