Eamonn Holmes made a career announcement
took to social media and shared an exciting update with his supporters. The host made the announcement in the midst of a huge presenter shake-up at the channel.
The former presenter, 65, is set to give an insight into his varied career as he shared a huge update with his 790,000 followers.
Uploading a photo alongside Paul Coyte, Eamonn penned: “Coming your way soon and in theatres around the Country. Maybe the perfect last minute Christmas gift [].
The longstanding presenter will be sharing anecdotes with fans as he looks back at his broadcasting career which has spanned over 40 years for the aptly titled event, Evening with Eamonn Holmes.
The sit down chat is set to take place in March and will be held at the Radlett Centre.
Social media users rushed to comment on the post as one gushed: “Dream team!”
A second penned: “Brilliant idea Eamonn. I saw you in Huddersfield and said then you should do more live.”
A third remarked: “Yes boys!” While a fourth added: “Great double act!”
The news comes just days after it was announced Eamonn’s Breakfast co-host Isabel Webster would not be returning to their morning programme on GB News.

Breakfast host Isabel is yet to speak out about her exit but her co-host Eamonn responded to the announcement on social media, writing: “Bye my girl x.”
Ellie Costello will now host the Breakfast show with Eamonn on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Stephen Dixon on Thursday and Friday. Mark will be replaced by Ben Leo on his weekend show.
Announcing the shake-up on Wednesday, the channel explained that changes to the presenting line-up “will allow us to build on success with a renewed focus and ambition”.
Presenter Mark Dolan was also dropped by GB News while former Tory MP, Jacob Rees-Mogg, was also impacted by the changes as his hours have been cut from four days a week to two.
