There’s no time like to treat yourself to something sweet, and it yourself is a wholesome way to spend a cosy festive afternoon at home.

And if you’re craving that sugary hit, a good piece of fudge hits the spot every time.

But instead of having to run out to the supermarket to buy it – which will no doubt be hectic in the run-up to Christmas – you can make it at home using just three simple ingredients.

TikToker has shared the ‘easiest ever’ Christmas fudge that’s said to taste ‘incredible’ and serves as the perfect accompaniment for a cup of tea.

She said: “If you’re going to someone’s house or you’re hosting, something like this would be the perfect little sweet treat to take with you and it honestly takes about five minutes to make.”

And one of the best things about this is how easily you can customise it to suit your preferences.

Mollie’s is just a simple chocolate variety, but she says she also makes it with Oreos and white chocolate – so it really just depends on what your favourite sweet treats are.

She added: “I honestly cannot get over how easy and quick this little desser is to make and it honestly tastes incredible. I feel like it’s going to be perfect over Christmas.”

Here’s everything you need to make this delicious at home.

Ingredients

  • 400g chocolate of your choice
  • One can of condensed milk
  • Packet of biscuits of your choice

Method

Finely chop up the chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwaveable jug along with the condensed milk. Mix together and microwave in bursts of 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until all of the chocolate has melted.

Then, crush or cut up your biscuits – Mollie used digestives for her – and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Add half of the crushed biscuits to the bottom of the tray.

Pour the chocolate and condensed milk mixture over the top of the biscuits, making sure it’s evenly spread out, then press the remaining crushed biscuits on top.

Then, all there’s left to do is allow it to set in the fridge for around five to six hours.

Once the time is up, take the fudge out of the tray and slice it up into little cubes, ready to serve. Mollie raved: “Honestly I can’t get over how good this tastes.”
