The much-loved show, Death In Paradise, is set to return with a Christmas special soon so who are the guest stars that will bring this year’s puzzling case to life?
DI Neville Parker, portrayed by Ralf Little, bid his farewell earlier this year, paving the way for DI Mervin Wilson, played by Don Gilet.
He is slated to make his appearance in Saint Marie in the festive episode, which will air at 8.30pm on Sunday, December 22, on One and iPlayer.
As Mervin grapples with adapting to island life, he simultaneously tackles a new case involving three men dressed as Santa Claus, all apparently shot with the same gun at the exact same time. But how could this happen?

Jim Howick
Saint Marie will be playing host to actor and comedian Jim Howick, renowned for his continuous work with the creative team behind the Horrible Histories franchise.
His other notable roles include Peep Show, Stag, Here We Go, Sex Education, and his depiction of Pat Butcher in ‘s Ghosts.

Angela Griffin
Actress and Loose Women panel member Angela Griffin rose to prominence when she starred as Fiona Middleton in in the early 1990s.
Since then, fans have seen her take on projects like White Lines, Ordinary Lies, The Wives, Mount Pleasant and Waterloo Road.
Steven Hartley
Steven Hartley, renowned for his roles as Supt Tom Chandler in The Bill and Dr Jack Ford in Doctors, has also recently appeared in Happy Valley, The Wheel Of Time: Origins, All Creatures Great And Small, and Call The Midwife.
Michael Salami, known for his role as Gabriel in ‘s superhero drama Supacell and Shane Sweeney in Hollyoaks, will also be joining the cast of Death In Paradise. He was also featured in the action-comedy Sumotherhood last year.

Joining these guest stars will be Dex Lee from Doctors, Elizabeth Carling from Hotel Portofino, and Marcus Brigstocke from The Unbelievable Truth.
Don Gilet, former star, will make his first appearance as DI Mervin Wilson in the Christmas special following Neville Parker’s departure.
As anticipated, Don Warrington will reprise his role as The Commissioner, alongside Shantol Jackson as Naomi Thomas, Ginny Holder as Darlene Curtis, Danny John-Jules as Dwayne Myers, and Elizabeth Bourgine as Catherine Bordey.
