Since the late ’60s, Moccamaster has been making high-quality coffee makers that are as eye-catching as they are functional. This 10-cup maker can quietly brew a full 40-ounce pot of coffee in four to six minutes with the option to brew full or half carafes. I’ve written before about my love of Fiestaware, specifically this zesty lime green colorway that brightens up my whole kitchen. Italian home brand Smeg makes delightfully retro-inspired appliances that still feel fresh. We love this vertical toaster that gives you two extra-wide slots for bagels and different bread sizes with six levels of heat and the ability to reheat and defrost.
If you love the look of vintage ceramics but want plates and cups that are less fragile — may we introduce you to the lovely enamelware offerings from Crow Canyon Home. Made from porcelain fused onto a steel base, most of their selection is dishwasher-safe and can be used in the oven, on the stove, on a grill and even over a campfire (though not the microwave.) It’s great for camping and outdoor dining as well as daily use as it’s lightweight and shatterproof. The ’60s are calling, and they want all the flower power prints from the Finnish design house, Marimekko. Known originally for their prints, the brand now makes everything from clothing to umbrellas and of course, home goods. This 20-inch by 20-inch pillowcase features the brand’s Unikko print, first made in 1964.
Started way back in 1863, Pendleton is an Oregon-based textile manufacturing company, known for its bold geometric prints that are often inspired by Indigenous American art and for making the sweater The Dude wears in “The Big Lebowski”. The brand makes a popular selection of blankets, but we practically love this 100% cotton towel that measures 40 inches by 70 inches.
Beloved by rock stars and music producers alike, audio electronic brand Marshall was founded in England in the early ’60s. While they’re more historically known for electric guitar amps, they’ve recently started making whimsical portable speakers that look like amps.
