Although she did not win the award, which was , royal expert Charlotte Griffiths from the Mail on Sunday said Meghan, 43, would most likely have been jealous of the nomination.
Speaking on the ‘s Palace Confidential, Charlotte said: “Meghan would have been really jealous. She would have loved to have been nominated for Time Women of the Year.”
While the Duchess of Sussex has remained under the radar for most of the year, it is believed the mum-of-two is which will include the official launch of her American Riviera Orchard products.

King Charles’ latest health update
King Charles’s cancer treatment although it is moving “in a positive direction,” sources say.
The Buckingham Palace source said, “His treatment has been moving in a positive direction, and as a managed condition, the treatment cycle will continue into next year,” reported.
In February, the King announced he had been diagnosed with a form of cancer and had begun a schedule of regular treatments, prompting well-wishes and praise for his candour about his health difficulties.
