Eamonn Holmes and Isabel Webster bid farewell to viewers

After their GB News Breakfast Show concluded on Wednesday (December 18), the presenter, 41, announced that they were signing off until after Christmas.
Alongside an image of the duo sitting in the studio, Isabel penned: “Final show from us for 2024. Thanks for your company this year.
She added: “See you soon! Merry Christmas – I hope you all find some peace and joy.”
GB News fans heaped praise on the show as they wished the pair a happy Christmas in the comments.
“Happy Christmas and great to see you back in 2025,” wrote one viewer as a second said: “The best Breakfast show on TV and the best channel!! Merry Christmas.”

During the show, Eamonn, 65, issued an update on his health as he opened up about being in a wheelchair.
“The train definitely could be a dream, but I’m now sort of wheelchair laden.. you rely on a lot of people to get you on and off. It’s very, very difficult doing that,” he confessed. “I just threw that in…it’s not a concern to anybody, but there we go.”
“Well, it’s a consideration to lots of people in the same position as you Eamonn,” Isabel acknowledged.
Since having surgery on his back, the former presenter has suffered with mobility issues and relies on a wheelchair to get around most of the time.

However, he does use a walker for short distances.
Back in January, which has left him relying on a walking stick and wheelchair.
The veteran breakfast TV presenter said the “harsh reality” could be he may never be able to walk alone again, but said he was hanging onto hope it could happen.
His mobility issues forced him to miss his beloved mother Josie’s funeral in November 2023. At the time he shared: “It’s as if somebody up there is playing with my life.
“In the past year I’ve had an operation on my back which went wrong and has confined me to a wheelchair. I’ve fallen and broken my shoulder. Honestly you could not make it up.”
