Labour may drag Britain back into the EU “by stealth”, as leaked documents show Brussels wants the UK to come back under the command of the European Court of Justice, and cross other red lines.
With Sir attempting to “reset” Britain’s relationship with the EU, the bloc wants the UK to agree to follow new and existing European food and agricultural standards.
According to , the secret documents reveal Brussels is plotting a new assault on British fishing waters before Sir Keir’s reset talks even begin.
The 27-state bloc also wants a youth mobility scheme allowing for freedom of movement for those under-30, in return for a security and crime agreement.

The Labour leader was asked on Monday night whether the EU was crossing any red lines, in its attempts to lure the UK back into the European club.
His spokesperson refused to rule out accepting concessions in return for an improved deal with Brussels.
The spokesperson said: “The prime minister has been clear that we’ve left the EU, we’re not rejoining the single market, the customs union or [reintroducing] freedom of movement. That obviously remains the UK’s position.”
He added: “I’m not going to get into a running commentary beyond that of our discussions with EU allies. The point of these conversations is to improve the relationship with the EU and make a tangible difference to British people and businesses when it comes to trade, security and immigration.”

Lord Frost, who as negotiator freed Britain from the European Court of Justice, said His Manjesty’s Government must avoid being coaxed back into the ECJ:
He told The Sun: “Unless HMG rule out the European Court of Justice we must assume they are open to the possibility.
“Anyone who thinks the solution to this country’s problems is giving foreign courts more powers over us is truly deluded.”
Jacob Rees-Mogg said Labour is “trying to take us back into the EU by stealth. It’s a game of grandmother’s footsteps in the hope the British people won’t notice”.
