Fans unite! The popular Fan Expo convention is returning to Vancouver in February and promises its “most star-studded lineup yet” including stars from Star Wars, Star Trek and the Disney Channel’s breakout hit High School Musical.

Fan Expo Vancouver brings together fans from across Canada and around the world to celebrate all things pop culture. The event boasts guest panels, autograph signings, vendor sales and more.
The Vancouver stop is just one of several conventions under the Fan Expo umbrella that hit cities all across North America. Nearly one million fans visit Fan Expo conventions annually.
When and where is Fan Expo Vancouver happening?
Fan Expo Vancouver 2025 takes place from Feb. 21 to 23. It will be at Vancouver Convention Centre West.
Who’s headlining Fan Expo Vancouver this year?
The latest guest added to the lineup is Hayden Christensen, who stars as Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader in the Star Wars prequel trilogy and the Disney+ series Obi-Wan Kenobi.
William Shatner, best known as Captain James T. Kirk in the original Star Trek, will also be at the convention on Friday and Saturday, hosting a Q-and-A session, as well as an autograph signing and photo opportunities.
Previously announced stars include voice actors Peter Cullen and Frank Welker (Transformers), Jenna Coleman and Catherine Tate (Doctor Who), Andy Serkis (The Lord of the Rings and Rise of the Planet of the Apes), Alan Tudyk (Firefly and Resident Alien, the latter of which films in and around Vancouver), and Corbin Bleu and Lucas Grabeel (High School Musical).
How much are Fan Expo Vancouver tickets and where can I buy them?
Early bird ticket pricing is on sale now until Feb. 6 at 11:59 p.m.
While $229 VIP tickets have already sold out, youth, family and ultimate passes are still available.
A three-day ticket costs $80 during early bird sales, and $90 later. The ticket includes access to the entire weekend, show floor access, panel room and theatre access, a souvenir badge, and a Friday afternoon preview of the event.
An ultimate pass is $109 in advance and $119 after early bird sales end. It includes all the same access offered by the three-day ticket but comes with limited edition swag. That includes a limited edition bag, lanyard, badge, T-shirt, comic, collectible and exclusive lithograph.
Ultimate passholders also get 10 per cent off the convention merch store, as well as a free one-day general admission to any eligible Fan Expo convention in North America between now and the 2026 edition of Fan Expo Vancouver.
Single day tickets start at $35 for the Friday, $45 for Saturday, and $40 for Sunday.
Family passes allow admission for two adults an up to four kids. Prices start at $75 for Friday, $100 for Saturday, and $85 for Sunday. Child passes are also available starting at $12.
