This Star-Studded Dark Comedy Is The Top Show On Netflix Right Now

“No Good Deed” is currently the most popular show on Netflix, according to the platform’s public ranking system.

The new dark comedy premiered on the streaming service on Dec. 12 with the simultaneous release of all eight episodes. Created by Liz Feldman (who also created “Dead to Me”), the series revolves around three different families who all want to buy the same Los Angeles dream house.

“No Good Deed” stars Lisa Kudrow, Ray Romano, Luke Wilson, Linda Cardellini, O-T Fagbenle, Abbi Jacobson, Poppy Liu, Teyonah Parris and Denis Leary.

A new animated anthology show is trending on Amazon Prime Video. “Secret Level” is a series of 15 standalone stories based on different video games and franchises like “Pac-Man,” “Dungeons & Dragons” and “Concord.”

The first eight-episode part premiered on Dec. 10, and a second seven-episode drop is scheduled for Dec. 17.

“Dexter: Original Sin” premiered on Paramount+ with Showtime on Dec. 13 to mixed reviews.

As the title suggests, the new crime drama is a prequel to the hit showtime series “Dexter.” Patrick Gibson plays the titular character alongside Christian Slater, Molly Brown, Christina Milian, Patrick Dempsey, Michael C. Hall, James Martinez Alex Shimizu and Reno Wilson.

One of the top shows on Max right now is the comedy series “Bookie,” which returned for a second season on Dec. 12.

Starring Sebastian Maniscalco, the show follows a bookmaker in Los Angeles as he navigates new career challenges amid the legalization of sports gambling. New episodes will be released weekly on Thursdays until Jan. 30.

“The Real Full Monty” is now available to stream on Hulu. The two-hour television special premiered on Fox on Dec. 9 and is based on a similar British program.

Hosted by Anthony Anderson, “The Real Full Monty” features a group of male celebrities who’ve volunteered to strip to raise awareness and money for cancer research and testing. The new U.S. version features James Van Der Beek, Taye Diggs, Chris Jones, Tyler Posey and Bruno Tonioli.
