host  has opened up about one bizarre rule the daytime show follows for their guests.

The blonde bombshell – who has teamed up with on their campaign – first soared to stardom after she won the 11th series of Big Brother back in 2010.

The TV presenter won over the hearts of the nation on the Channel 4 reality show, and quickly became a staple on the small screen.

In 2019, she joined the ITV show as a competition announcer but it didn’t take long before she became a permanent fixture on the show as a relief co-presenter in 2021.

Since then, the mum-of-one has been a regular face on the programme, sharing hosting duties with a slew of broadcasters including Dermot O’Leary, Cat Deeley, and to name but a few.

Most recently, the doting mum had the pleasure of interviewing Music legend Cher on the famous blue sofa – and it’s fair to say she struggled to keep her cool during the high-profile interview.

But she’s not the only presenter to have grilled stars on the famous couch, with her co-star Alison Hammond even getting married to The Rock on the ITV show in the past.

Now, in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, Josie has revealed one surprising unspoken rule on the ITV show. She told us: ” I’m not sure if I’m allowed to say this but some of the big names will only speak to Alison. They love Alison!”

It comes after the broadcaster admitted her Birmingham bestie is one of the hardest people to work with on This Morning. When she was asked which co-star is most likely to crack up on set, she giggled: “I do find with Alison, because we know each other and we know what each other’s thinking really, I do struggle.

“We spend the whole time cracking up. Like we did these VT’s last week and we got back and we thought that we’d done an amazing job.

And they [TV executives] were like, ‘It’s just basically you two cracking up, laughing in hysterics, holding your bellies just laughing to yourselves’. But it’s because I know exactly what she’s thinking and she knows exactly what I’m thinking.”

The ITV presenter teamed up with First Bus on their Moving the Everyday campaign, which aims to highlight the role buses have in bringing local communities together. She spent the day on the bus in her hometown of Yate, Britsol, meeting everyday heroes from all over the country.

Speaking about her day, she gushed: “I had the most wholesome day I’ve had in years and years. It was lovely because you forget how much of a vital role the bus plays in the community.

“I actually caught the bus around Bath the other day and I met some real characters. I just want to give a shout out to Dianne that I met on the bus, I loved her.

“I did my old bus route through the town back when I used to sell car and home insurance in Bristol city centre and I just remember it was such a sence of community for everybody.”
