The winner of will be delivered a huge blow just moments after being crowned champions of the competition.
, , and were battling it out during this year’s final, with each celebrity hoping to walk away with the glitzy trophy.
However, their victory will come with a surprising twist as the coveted glitterball trophy that they lift on screen will be returned immediately.
The winner doesn’t walk away empty-handed however, as former champion Harry Judd revealed on Sunday Brunch in 2011.
“They give you the big Glitterball and then they take it straight off you and give you this tiny little one,” the McFly drummer said.

Ore Oduba had his hands on the real trophy for a mere five seconds
Ore Oduba, who won the series alongside Joanne Clifton in 2016, showed off his mini version of the trophy on This Morning, revealing that he only kept his hands on it for seconds.
“I only got five seconds with it to lift it and then they just whisked it off!” he told the presenters. “That was the only time we got to touch it.”
Meanwhile, last year’s winner Ellie Leach admitted she broke the replica just weeks after the competition concluded.
“I didn’t want to carry it and be like ‘oh here I go’, so it was in my bag and it broke,” the former soap star said, admitting she smashed it while on the train home to Manchester.
The champions aren’t the only ones who have to hand their trophy back, as shown by I’m A Celebrity winner Danny Jones.

The McFly singer, 38, was crowned King of the Jungle last weekend, beating Coleen Rooney to the top spot. However, the musician was forced to return his prized crown and sceptre.
Danny exclaimed: “I didn’t get to keep anything! They wouldn’t let me keep anything!
“I had to give the sceptre back. I really wanted to bring it through airport security because it’s quite big,” he laughed. “But yeah, I don’t have anything to show for it.”
Upon his win, Danny tearfully told audiences: “Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I gave my all in there, it’s a lovely feeling to be liked. Thank you so much, I appreciate this so much.”
