Disney influencer Dominique Brown has died at the age of 34
influencer Dominique Brown has sadly passed away at the age of 34 after the content creator allegedly suffered an allergic reaction at a Christmas food event.
The brunette beauty, who went under the undersname HellooDomo online, attended a Christmas lunch on Thursday (December 5). The star is reported to have died after having a severe allergic reaction to the food she consumed at the event.
Attendees at the event allegedly claimed that Brown ate food she was informed did not include an ingredient she was allergic to.
In a post shared to social media, one user said Brown was her mother’s best friend for over ten years and had an allergic reaction to peanuts.
They wrote: “She asked if there was peanuts in the food and everyone told her no. When she instantly felt bad she asked someone to take her to hospital, everyone said no and to take pictures first. So sad.”

Meanwhile, according to PEOPLE magazine, one of its reporters who was in attendance witnessed Brown receiving CPR, and said they learned 911 was called immediately.
BoxLunch, who hosted the festive food event, has since issued a statement, writing that it’s “devastated” by her pasing while also confirming that she “suffered a medical emergency”.
A representative told PEOPLE: “We are devastated by the passing of Dominique Brown, a beloved member of the BoxLunch Collective, who suffered a medical emergency at an event hosted by BoxLunch on Thursday in Los Angeles.
“Our hearts go out to her family and friends, and we will do everything we can to support them and the members of the BoxLunch Collective and our team during this painful time.”
After her tragic death, her brother Patrick Ramos took over her profile and shared a touching tribute to his late sister online. He wrote: “I wanted tot ake a moment to say thank you to her social media fam for showing her so much love and light.
“Disney did bring her joy, but it was unparralleled that she found a community who loved her and Disney as much as she did. I will miss my sister and best friend and that infectious smile she always had. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.”
Before her death, she co-created BlackGirlDisney in 2018 with Mia Von after noticing a lack of representation in the Disney influencer space, creating a welcoming community for women of colour who love the brand’s films and theme parks.
Several Disney influencers have mourned Brown’s death, as they flooded to the comments to share they sympathies online. Dapper on the Daily wrote: “The kindest most genuine person in this community… we will miss you Domo [yellow heart emoji]. Thank you for touching our lives with your joy & wit & for being so incredibly welcoming to us all [white heart emoji, dove emoji].”
Main St Muse added: “I’m so happy I got to hug you last week. Your positivity and passion for live will always inspire me [heart emoji] you were and will continue to be the good in the world Dom.”
