Westminster Abbey will be filled with guests and they will be joined by members of the and recognisable faces who in their own ways have shown how love can help others thrive.

The event, which is supported by The Royal Foundation, will be filmed and broadcast as part of a special programme on ITV1 and ITVX on Christmas Eve.
