Wallace uploaded a snap of what appears to be a gingerbread man in whipped cream accompanied by a message for his fans: “Enjoy your weekend.”
It comes after the presenter stepped down from his MasterChef judging role after the launched an investigation into a series of complaints made against him.
A statement from Banijay UK said: “This week the received complaints from individuals in relation to historical allegations of misconduct while working with presenter Gregg Wallace on one of our shows.

“Whilst these complainants have not raised the allegations directly with our show producers or parent company Banijay UK, we feel it is appropriate to conduct an immediate, external review to fully and impartially investigate.
“While this review is under way, Gregg Wallace will be stepping away from his role on MasterChef and is committed to fully co-operating throughout the process.”
Earlier this year, the TV star was accused of allegedly using inappropriate sexual comments to a female staff member while appearing on Impossible Celebrities.

Last year, he was also accused of being rude and insulting to women on a different show, Inside The Factory, but later disputed this.
As the reports swirled on social media, a number of fans took to social media with their reactions – while some celebrities, including , slammed Wallace.
