host Monica Galetti appears to have shown her support to after the judge stepped back from the show.
On Thursday (November 28), the 60-year-old presenter left the culinary programme after 19 years on the show following allegations of “sexualised” behaviour while filming.
The dad-of-two broke his silence on social media with a clip in which he thanked people for their support as allegations continue to come in.
He gushed: “I would like to thank all the people getting in touch, reaching out and showing their support. That’s good of you, thank you very much.”
The New Zealand-based chef, who is a judge on MasterChef: The Professionals – which continues to air this week, liked her colleague’s post.

Most recently, Sir Rod Stewart branded the culinary expert a “bully” and claims he humiliated his wife Penny Lancaster when she took part on the celebrity edition in 2021.
While Galetti – as well as Wahaca boss Thomasina Miers – liked the post, Wallace’s right-hand man John Torode is yet to speak out on the allegations.
Fellow MasterChef judge Marcus Wareing has also kept quiet amid the allegations. John and Gregg have endured a tumultuous friendship throughout their career on the show.
Though John was Gregg’s best man for his fourth wedding to Anne Marie back in 2016, the duo has locked horns in the past.
The pair were once involved in one spat so awful that filming for MasterChef had to be cancelled filming, meanwhile John previously claimed they were “never really” friends.

Their relationship took a turn after John’s wife Lisa Faulkner claimed that Gregg made “rude joke after rude joke” while she was on MasterChef.
The claim 13 people, including Newsnight host Kirsty Wark, accused him of “wrong” and inappropriate “sexualised” behaviour on the show.
The flagship channel insisted that it “is committed to fully co-operating throughout the process.” Banijay UK, which produces the hit TV show, said it was conducting “an immediate, external review to fully and impartially investigate.”
It said: “While this review is under way, Gregg Wallace will be stepping away from his role on MasterChef and is committed to fully cooperating throughout the process.”
Gregg has been accused of taking his top off in front of a female worker, claiming he wanted to “give her a fashion show” and talking about his sex life to others.
On one occasion, the broadcaster allegedly told a junior female colleague he wasn’t wearing any boxer shorts under his jeans.
Broadcaster Kirstie Wark claims that on two occasions, Wallace told stories and jokes of a “sexualised nature” in front of contestants and crew while filming Celebrity MasterChef in 2011. She said his comments were “really, really in the wrong place.”
She said: “There were to occasions in particular where he used sexualised language in front of a number of people and it wasn’t as it anyone engaged with this.
“It was completely one-way traffic. But I think people were uncomfortable and something that I really did not expect to happen.”
