The UK is bracing for more just days after Storm Bert and Storm Conall unleashed travel chaos up and down the country with their extreme weather conditions.
New by WXCHARTS have revealed there will be seven days of snow over the next fortnight, starting today, Thursday, November 28.
The beginning of December will mark , as snow is forecast on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 9th and 14th.
December 2 will bring light patches of snow in the north of Scotland, concentrated around Inverness and above Glasgow. The amount will be relatively low, sitting between 0.2-0.6 cm/hr.
The next day will also bring snowfall, this time for a larger portion of Scotland, stretching from Inverness southwardly to just north of Dundee. This time, snow will also reach England, with areas of County Durham seeing roughly 0.4 cm/hour.

December 4 will be the third consecutive day of for the UK and the blizzardy conditions will be much more prevelant than the previous two days.
Large swathes of Scotland will be engulfed in snow, ranging from the Highlands to Edinburgh further south, with some areas seeing as much as 2 cm/hr. Once again, England will mainly come away unscathed, as only parts of North Yorkshire will see light snow.
The country will be allowed a day of on December 6, which will see the same areas hit as two days previous, only this time England will remain completely untouched.
The following day of snow will also affect the same areas of Scotland, though not to the same extent. Snowfall is expected to stay between 0.2-0.6 cm/hr.
By December 9, the snow will have mostly dissipated, leaving only the Scottish Highlands with tiny patches. That same week will close out with more snow on the 14th, the west of Scotland and ranging from 0.2-2 cm/hr.

for December 3-12 reads: “A cold and frosty start is expected on Tuesday, with some patchy freezing fog in places, which may be slow to clear. Cloud will increase from the west, then later rain for western parts.
“This may fall as snow at first across Scotland and the Highlands. Following a brief settled spell, further fontal systems are expected to move in from the west, more likely to bring rain and breezy conditions for much of the UK, especially northern and western parts.
“Towards the end of the period there are signs for more settled weather becoming amplified across the south of the UK. Temperatures will be close to or below average on Tuesday, then rising above average where frontal systems move in from the west.”
