viewers are worried for the safety of Liam Cavanagh, played by Jonny McPherson, as his ex-girlfriend Ella Forster, portrayed by Paula Lane, seems to be developing an unhealthy obsession with him. Later at The Woolpack, John (Oliver Farnworth) stumbled upon Chas and Liam sharing a passionate kiss and urged them to inform Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) and Ella about their relationship before they hear it from someone else, reports .

Liam returned to the surgery only to be interrogated by a suspicious Ella, as she had doubts about his whereabouts. When her curiosity led her to unveil Liam’s deceit, finding that his supposed ‘patient’ was actually in Rome, it sparked theories among viewers of an ominous twist possibly placing Liam in peril.
On social media, fans expressed their unease and hypotheses about Ella’s ‘true’ intentions. One viewer posted on X (Twitter): “The psycho in Ella is coming out…#”. (sic)
