Resharing a post to her official story, Carol highlighted her make-up artist’s skills as they penned: “Lady in RED (hot)!!! .”
A number of his fans used flame emojis in reaction to Carol’s look, with one brand commenting: “So beautiful!”
The 63 year old mathematician has previously expressed a “‘no f***s given” attitude towards keyboard warriors who have commented about her appearance, notably those who have accused her of having a boob job.
Speaking to Sunday Times Magazine, she said: “Everyone on telly has Botox. I look the way I do because it makes me happy. But you get to a point in life where it’s no f***s given”.

Inspired by the legendary David Bowie, Carol reflected: “I love what David Bowie said about ageing: ‘You become the person you always should have been’.”
Despite encountering harsh online remarks, she declares such negativity only drives her more to embrace authenticity despite the “off the scale” cruelty.

“My sixties is the age I always should have been. The abuse I get is off the scale but I don’t give a monkey’s. Actually it spurs me on,” she confided.
Vorderman also addressed rumours surrounding her figure, particularly when fans speculated over an apparent increase in her bust size.
Dismissing claims of breast augmentation, Carol clarified she never had surgery; instead, a significant natural increase saw her gain three cup sizes over the years.
