Jimmy Fallon Predicts Awkward 'The Office' Moment At Donald Trump's Inauguration

Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday riffed on Donald Trump’s upcoming inauguration speech with a comparison to a classic moment from television.

“I feel like [President Joe] Biden’s going to spend the entire speech looking into the camera like Jim from ‘The Office,’” Fallon quipped, evoking the image of John Krasinski’s Jim Halpert deadpan staring during awkward moments in the hit mockumentary.

“The theme of Trump’s inauguration speech will be ‘awkward,’” Fallon also suggested, pointing out how Biden will be in attendance. Trump, however, skipped Biden’s own inauguration, instead choosing to falsely claim the 2020 election was stolen from him.
