‘s pal James Haskell has shared that he once made an “inappropriate” joke about “sweating”.
In an article published by , the 39-year-old discussed his relationship to members of the Royal Family – in particular Princess Anne’s son-in-law.
James, who co-hosts the podcast ‘The Good, the Bad & the Rugby’ with Mike Tindall, said that he once shared a joke about Mike and Zara’s wedding.
James said: “I told a joke about when I was at Mike’s wedding: was sweating up a storm on the dancefloor, but then he realised that everyone was over 18 so he left.
“It was inappropriate, but it was funny.”

James’ joke was in reference to Andrew’s acquaintanceship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein – and the Duke’s claim made during his interview with Newsnight’s Emily Maitlis that he cannot physically sweat.
The disgraced royal has vehemently denied any wrongdoing in regard to his relationship with Epstein and the allegations made against the Duke of York.
Andrew, who has since stepped down from royal duties, spoke of their relationship on ‘s Newsnight in 2019.
Also claiming that he has spent a lot of time with members of the Royal Family, James praised the Firm – adding that they do “amazing work”.

He did, however, also note that – without spilling names -.
James said: I’ve spent time with the royals. Some aren’t as great as others. They do amazing work — but they’re also a modern family that’s very dysfunctional.
“I went to Harry and Meghan’s wedding. I went to Mike and Zara’s wedding. To those who want to get rid of the monarchy — once they’re gone, they’re gone. There’s no way back from that, so remember that they serve an important role. I love what they do.”
