Viewers of were left gobsmacked when Reverend Richard made a saucy remark about sharing a bed with a Royal. On Monday night, fans tuned into to watch Dean McCullough tackle another Bushtucker Trial, Maura Higgins celebrate her birthday and GK Barry and the Reverend engage in a saucy chat.
It was just another typical day in the Australian jungle for the celebrity campmates. In one instance, GK Barry – whose real name is Grace Keeling – asked Richard: “Who’s the most interesting person you’ve ever met?”
When he responded that he finds all people interesting, she narrowed it down and enquired if he had ever met a member of the Royal family. He confirmed he had and when she asked what they were like, he cheekily retorted: “Great in bed…” before erupting into laughter.
“It’s the scissoring,” he added, referring back to their previous conversation. However, Reverend Richard didn’t reveal which Royal Family he was referring to. Viewers were left speechless and flocked to the comment section to question what had transpired, reports .

One user posted on Twitter: “Who has Richard bedded from the royal family? Have I missed something?!” Another commented: “Reverend Richard said a Royal was good in bed.”
“I love Richard so much and I need to know which royal he was talking about,” another shared. While someone else commented: ” “Have you ever met a royal?” “Yeah” “what were they like?” “Great in bed” LOOOOOL REV.”
During a candid chat on the show, GK probed Richard about the apparent conflict of being a gay man in a religious vocation. She asked:”Did you find it quite difficult being gay and doing that job?”
Contrary to expectations, the Reverend replied with assurance: “No, not at all. I’ve never given it a moment’s twinge of anxiety over whether God thought it was alright or not. Whether other people thought it was alright or not, well I’m happy to have that argument..”

Reverend Richard reflected on his sexuality by saying: “Also, I was not the first. Sometimes I look at documents from the early church, or the church of the middle ages and I just think – so gay.”
Talking in the Bush Telegraph, GK conceded her surprise connection within the jungle camp: “I came into this jungle, maybe not knowing who I would gel with or who I would be close with in here and never in a million years if you told me that I would be getting on best with a reverend would I have believed you.”
GK, the YouTuber and influencer, confessed her fondness for the clergyman, revealing: “But, he is honestly… I think he might be my favourite person in here.”
Richard was a late arrival in camp alongside reality star Maura Higgins. The pair were initially on a secret mission while staying at the Jungle Junkyard, trying to convince the main camp they were living in squalor

Although she’s only been in the show for a few days, Maura has become one of the frontrunners to win the show, according to
UK Director at BetMGM, Sam Behar, said: “Three clear frontrunners have emerged as we enter the second week of I’m a Celeb, with Coleen Rooney the big mover, seeing odds slashed from 16/1 to just 2/1.
“McFly’s Danny Jones is still the outright favourite but the money we have seen for Rooney puts her just behind and ahead of third favourite Maura Higgins, who is 5/1 with BetMGM. After those three is Tulisa but, at 16/1, it appears the top three could already be taking shape with two weeks of the show still to run.”
