The owners of Mount Seymour really want you to know they are not a corporation. It is a family-run business owned by the Wood family since 1984. Located in Mount Seymour Provincial Park, the ski hill is part of the North Shore Mountains and rises up 1,449 metres.
Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowtubing, tobogganing — you can do it all at Mount Seymour. There are 41 marked runs, four terrain parks and 80 skiable hectares. To avoid congestion on the roads to and on the mountain, skiers must choose a four-hour time slots on weekends and holidays. On weekdays, there is no time restrictions.
Mount Seymour is scheduled to open for the 2024-2025 season on Dec. 13.
How do I get there by car?
Take Highway 1 west to Mt. Seymour Parkway West, then on to Mt. Seymour Road in North Vancouver. The road to Mount Seymour is a mountain highway that is plowed and sanded during winter ,so make sure you have winter tires on.

A season pass allows you to ski as you please on weekdays, and after 4:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays. No reservations are required.

If I don’t ski or snowboard, what else is there to do?
Snowtubing and tobogganing at Enquist Lodge are good winter alternatives for those who don’t ski or snowshoe. You can also mountain bike year-round on at Mount Seymour Provincial Park.
