The motoring publication has revealed the , sharing models in all body styles that are reliable, stylish, and particularly enjoyable to drive.
Whilst the has seen an 8.74% slump in sales following the , sales have generally been strong throughout 2024 thanks to a wide supply of vehicles coming from private and fleet owners alike.
According to Auto Express, who and opinions shared by owners in the latest Driver Power survey, the best used car to buy is the .
Whilst the Vauxhall Corsa has been a popular choice among supermini buyers since it was first introduced in 1993, the latest generation is the first to get a , which offers up to 222 miles per charge.
Based on the same platform as the Peugeot e-208, the Corsa-e is generally slightly cheaper to buy on the used market, with early examples available from around £9,000, and year-old facelifted versions starting at £15,000.

Used car buyers looking for a trendy compact crossover that is attractive to look at and enjoyable to drive were urged by Auto Express to consider the Ford Puma, which they crowned the best pre-owned small SUV of 2024.
Despite being a departure from the tiny Puma coupe of the 1990s, Ford’s smallest crossover has certainly proved a hit with buyers since it launched in early 2020, with many owners praising the entertaining driving style and surprisingly big boot.
A £10,000 budget is enough to get drivers into a tidy used Ford Puma, with second-hand examples of performance variants, like the ST, typically priced from around £15,000.

The publication also recommended the Kia Sorento for motorists looking for a larger SUV that can carry up to seven people but is unlikely to break the budget.
The largest SUV that the popular Korean brand sells in Europe, the current version of the Sorento, has four-wheel drive and the option of a hybrid powertrain, not to mention plenty of room for growing families.
Since the Sorento has been a part of the Kia range since 2002, used car buyers can get behind the wheel of an aging example from as little as £1,000, with the latest version typically retailing from around £25,000.
Finally, Auto Express highlighted that drivers looking to buy a thrill-seeking sportscar that is entertaining to drive and relatively affordable to run take a look at the Porsche 911.
One of the longest-running names in the motoring world, the Porsche 911 was first launched more than 60 years ago and has spanned all manner of generations and revisions.
The latest 992 variant was released in 2018 and, with a 3.7-litre twin-turbocharged engine, is capable of accelerating from 0-62mph in just 2.7 seconds, albeit at a cost of over £100,000.
