Wayne Rooney has enjoyed watching his wife on I’m A Celeb.
could be furious with her husband after his social media pleas for the star to take part in Bushtucker trials.
The and legend admitted that their family was “missing her” on the spin-off show, but they were very proud of the contestant for entering the jungle.
However, that has not stopped from pleading with the public for Coleen to face her biggest fears before returning to civilsation.
Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) Wayne posted a series of pictures of Coleen alongside her campmates, : “Proud of @ColeenRoo on @imacelebrity she’s doing great.
“Me and the boys would love to see her doing a trial and we know she’d want to put herself to the test. If you can download the #ImACeleb app and let’s get voting.”
He also admitted that he was voting for her to do the trials and last night she was picked along with Dean. Before finding out the results of the voting, he told Joel Dommett: “Yes I would love for her to do a trial. It’s all part of the experience, and I think she’d be great as well.”

And after Coleen revealed to the British public that Wayne was a poet, he said that there would be a piece of writing waiting for her when she leaves Australia.
“I’ve always liked doing and writing poems and expressing my feelings in a different way as well. And yeah, so there’ll be one waiting for her for sure,” he said.
Whether Coleen will be impressed at her husband garnering votes for her to take on trials remains to be seen, but she could get her revenge after the 39-year-old admitted that he would like to have a stint in the jungle himself.
“Maybe, if I’m not working, I would like to do it,” he revealed. “But at the minute, obviously, that’s not possible.”
He also said that he was missing his partner, with this time apart the longest time they have been without one another since they were children.
“I think it’s the longest, you know, I’ve been without speaking to her since we were kids,” he said. “And for the children, obviously it’s difficult not being able to speak to the mum.
“But Coleen’s parents are helping out obviously, while I’m over in Plymouth living there at the minute with my work. There’s a good team looking after the kids and making sure everything is done. And so, we’re missing her, but we’re enjoying watching as well.
“It’s strange to be honest seeing her out there in the jungle, but I think she’s doing a great job. I think she’s showing everyone her personality, character, and I’m really enjoying the show. So yes, it’s strange, but she’s doing us all proud.”
