Tiramisu French toast
Ingredients
- Two slices of bread
- One egg
- 1/4 cup black coffee
- Vanilla yogurt
- Dusting of cocoa powder
- Oil or butter for frying
Method
First, grab a large mixing bowl and crack the eggs into it, before adding in the coffee. Give it a good whisk until they’re fully mixed together.
Then, dip your slices of bread into the mixture, making sure they are fully soaked in the coffee and egg.
Then take a pan and set it over a medium heat on the hob, adding the oil or allowing the butter to melt before you add the pieces of bread in.
Once the pan is hot, place the bread in and fry until golden for a couple of minutes on each side.
To serve, place one piece of bread on a plate and then spread some vanilla yoghurt on it. Sandwich it together with the other piece of bread, spread more yoghurt on top, and add a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top.
