It’s not unusual for children to have unique and sometimes unexpected favourite animals, and , 11, is no different.According to his dad, , the second in line to the throne is “obsessed” with a rather uncommon animal – snakes. While many children might lean towards more conventional choices like dogs or horses, the young royal’s admiration for these slithering creatures has added a unique twist to his personality.The Prince of Wales shared this in 2021, during a visit to Northern Ireland with Princess Kate. Then, the royal , where William got to handle a snake.During the encounter, the royal revealed: “George is obsessed with snakes, he’s going to be so upset he missed this.”

Even though George’s sister, did not witness her mother handling a tarantula, she has revealed to be a huge fan of the eight-legged bugs.Back in 2020, Charlotte appeared in a video released by alongside her two brothers, Prince George and Prince Louis, as they asked questions about their favourite animals.During the heartwarming video, whilst asking Sir David if he likes them too.

Dookie was the Queen’s first Welsh Corgi, and the first of over 30 of the breed she would own so far in her life.According to a historic issue of the Sunday Times from 1937, Princess Elizabeth and her sister Margaret were surrounded by dogs.
But perhaps the most significant of the Queen’s corgis was Susan, who was gifted to the Queen on her 18th birthday and even joined her and Prince Philip on their honeymoon in 1947.
There have been ten generations of dogs owned by the late Queen that originate from the corgi, Susan.
